Oum Chan Svieta is a qualified and authorised trademark agent registered with Cambodia’s Ministry of Commerce since 2013.
She is also a member of the Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia. Her practice includes civil and criminal matters, trademark registration and the preparation of legal documents, particularly sale and purchase agreements.
Svieta completed the English Language Based Bachelor of Law programme and a Master of Laws at the Royal University of Law and Economics. She communicates professionally in Khmer, English and Chinese.
